Screening

In order to substantiate the capabilities of temporary candidates,TSG's personnel consultants thoroughly pre-screen, interview, and qualify potential candidates with regard to their specific skill(s) as well as check previous performance and perform educational and professional background checks. TSG reviews commitment, hard work, ethics, flexibility, and punctuality regarding all candidates. Moreover, TSG consultants review employment history to determine job stability as well as qualifications. All candidates are required to provide I-9 documentation and employment references.
